Sensei's knife hand

Until now, the moment I am typing this, I can vividly remember the feeling of Sensei's knife hand on my neck.

It is a fully controled knife hand.
Moving at a very high speed it came to my neck, but lightly it just touches my neck.
The knife hand stops there, but somehow I can still sense the energy flowing inside the knifehand. Although it is touching my neck already, but there is a feeling that in any second, it can cut through it.

I thought it feels the same no matter whose hand is there.
But I was wrong. When other people's hand was there, I don't feel the fear.
