SliperRrRrrryyyyy
Today's training was different than usual. It was not on purpose, but just happen that our training ground was slippery.
With the slippery ground below the foot, i found that i can hardly do anything properly. My punch have no power, my body can't charge in, even when I kick i lost my balance easily. Moving on this slippery floor is certainly a different experience. Wondering do people actually purposely train on this kind of condition. Does training on this kind of floor really helps?
I have no idea. But, it was a different experience for sure.
Today's 一言:Careful!

Actually in the past they did train like this. On sand, slippery surfaces and all sort of floor other than Dojo floor to ensure you are always ready when attacked anywhere.
Training on slippery floor also increases your sense of balance and you try to make your movements as efficient as possible to avoid falling due to big movements.
where u all train sia ???
