Slow 'reaction'

I have no idea why.
Did Kumite today. Been punch in the nose.
It was alright, the fight continues.
The fight ends, i came out from the arena, talking to another guy.

Only after about 2 minutes or may be 5 minutes? Suddenly it started to bleed.

It is not a new case to me. Last time, that happen as well.
Was sparring with a senpai. Got a uraken in the nose.
Finish fighting, went out for sometime, then only the blood starts to show its appearance.
